Please read and carefully review these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), as they govern the use of and access to the website www.visoor.mx (the “Website”), owned by VISOOR SOLUCIONES CONTABLES S.A.P.I. de C.V., with registered address at Lago Ginebra 86 – A608, Col. Cuauhtémoc Pensil, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, Mexico City, Mexico, C.P. 11490 (hereinafter referred to as “Visoor”), through which information is provided regarding the services offered by Visoor, promotions, activities, and other information of general interest, among others. Use of and access to the Website constitutes your absolute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions pursuant to Article 1803 of the Federal Civil Code. Access to the Website by any member of the general public grants such person the status of user thereof (the “User” and/or the “Users”).
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
By entering, using, and browsing the Website, regardless of whether the User acquires or contracts any service offered by Visoor, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that he/she has read, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall be deemed accepted. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not agree, without limitation or qualification, with these Terms and Conditions, please exit the Website immediately and refrain from using the Website in the future.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User accepts and acknowledges that, with or without prior notice, Visoor:
I. Shall have the right to suspend, temporarily interrupt, indefinitely or permanently, modify, or alter the content of and/or access to the Website at any time, whether for justified reasons or not and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance, failure, or any other reason.
II. Reserves the right to make any change, modification, and/or correction, in whole or in part, to these Terms and Conditions. Visoor therefore strongly recommends that the User review these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
III. May deny, permanently or temporarily suspend, or restrict registration or access to any User at any time in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, improper use of the Website, or if Visoor presumes or identifies that the User is using the Website for unlawful purposes, in violation of applicable laws and regulations and/or contrary to good morals.
Intellectual Property
The content of the Website, including but not limited to texts, logos, trademarks, images, photographs, graphic design, as well as software and source code (the “Marks”), is the exclusive property of Visoor and/or third parties whose rights Visoor acknowledges. Any total or partial use of the elements of the Website content subject to intellectual and industrial property rights for any purpose whatsoever, including reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, or alteration, is strictly prohibited.
Nothing contained on this Website shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Website. The use of the Marks displayed on this Website, or any other content thereof, is strictly prohibited. The User is hereby advised that Visoor will strictly fully enforce its industrial property and copyright rights permitted by law.

In accordance with the foregoing, the User waives any action or right to bring any claim against Visoor, the companies within its corporate group, its employees, officers, executives, representatives, and suppliers for any dissatisfaction, damage, or harm caused by the use of the Website. The User agrees to hold harmless Visoor, its directors, employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, and licensors from any damage that Visoor may suffer due to improper use of the Website by the User or due to the User’s breach of any of the Terms and Conditions described herein. Furthermore, the User agrees to reimburse Visoor for any expenses or disbursements it may incur for such reasons, including legal fees.

General Provisions

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For the interpretation, execution, and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, Visoor and the User expressly submit to the laws of the United Mexican States and agree to submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of Mexico City, Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles or for any other reason.
