In compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”) and its Regulations, Visoor makes this Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”) available to you so that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (the “ARCO Rights”).

You may browse our website and the Platform without providing personal data; however, on the Platform and/or the website you may voluntarily provide your data to submit your Account Application.

Identification and contact data: full name, corporate name and company or organization (if applicable), country, address, date of birth, telephone number, email address, image, official identification, description of the project for which Services are required on the Platform, and any additional information the User provides to Visoor.
For purposes of verifying legal representation of a legal entity, Visoor may collect the representative’s name, date of birth, contact telephone number, official identification, and any other information and documentation required under applicable law to verify identity, legal capacity, and authority.
Employment data: job title, address, email address, and telephone number.
Demographic data: including data related to the geographic location of the device used on the Platform.
Billing data: banking institution to be charged, tax address, Federal Taxpayer Registry number (RFC), and/or its equivalent pursuant to applicable legislation.
Financial data: bank account information and payment methods (if applicable).

Visoor may collect any personal data of any nature that the data subject voluntarily provides by any printed, digital (electronic), optical, or other existing or future technology, as well as any personal information contained in documentation provided to Visoor in connection with the processing of personal data.

The User grants consent for Visoor to collect copies of supporting documents and/or records related to the personal data specified in this section, as determined by Visoor.

Information Entered for Use of the Platform

Any information constituting personal data voluntarily entered by the User on the Platform, including information derived from use of the Platform and/or provided by the User for purposes of the Services.

Visoor collects information: (i) when the User registers an Account Application through the Platform; (ii) when contact information is entered on our website – www.visoor.mx –; (iii) when data is provided via email, SMS messages, or any other electronic, optical, audio, visual, known or future means; and (iv) when data is provided directly and personally to Visoor.

Our website may redirect you to social media services such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, among others. Visoor does not control these social media services and does not establish privacy settings or rules regarding how your personal data will be used on such platforms. Exercising legal actions deemed necessary by Visoor to defend its interests.

You authorize Visoor to transfer your personal data to third parties in the following cases:

Controlled companies, subsidiaries, affiliates under common control with Visoor, parent companies, or any other company within Visoor’s corporate group.
Competent authorities to safeguard the public interest or for the administration of justice, as well as for the recognition, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Credit or debit card information shall be transmitted to Adyen and/or PayPal, as applicable, which, pursuant to their own policies and privacy notices, shall be responsible for processing such information for payment processing purposes (if applicable) requested through the Platform.
In any case expressly provided by the Law.

As the data subject, you have the right to Access your personal data held by us, as well as to request Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition (ARCO Rights) in accordance with the Law. Please note that revocation of consent will prevent Visoor from continuing to provide the Services and you will be unable to use the Platform, thereby terminating your relationship with Visoor.
